organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in
Poland (“REGULATIONS”)
§ 1
General provisions
1. These Regulations have been prepared for the purposes of determining the rules of
participation in the INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS MEETING
(IABM) , which will be organized on April 5-6, 2022 at the Auditorium of the
Music School in Sosnowiec, ul. Wawel 2, by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and
Industry in Poland.
2. The abbreviations used in these Regulations have the following meanings:
a) IABM – INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS MEETING;
b) Participant – any person who applied for participation in the IABM in accordance
with the provisions of these Regulations; |
c) Organizer – ITALIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY IN POLAND
with its registered seat in Warsaw at ul . Pańska 98/9, 00-837 Warsaw, entered in the
register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and
independent public health care facilities by the District Court for the Capital City of
Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register no. KRS
0000278264;
d) Partners – IABM partners whose list is available on the website:
www.iabmevent.com in the Partners tab;
e) Civil Code – the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (consolidated text Journal of
Laws of 2020 item 1740 as amended );
f) GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of
27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal
data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general
regulation on the protection of data) (Official Journal of UE “L” 2016/119/1).
3. The provisions of these Regulations together with Annexe No. 1 apply to participation
in the IABM also when its date or place change.
4. All information regarding IABM is provided by the Organizer by phone: +48 22

5. Registration of participation in the IABM is tantamount to acceptance of all provisions
of these Regulations, including the attachments constituting its integral part .
§ 2
Registration of participation in the IABM and payments
1. Participants can take part in the IABM at the site of the IABM (stationary).
2. Only adults may participate in the IABM.
3. The conditions for participation in IABM is registration via the registration form
available on the website: www.iabmevent.com expressing the obligatory consents in the
form and paying the participation fee. Each Participant should fill in the registration
form on their own and on their own behalf and express the obligatory consents required
for registration.
4. Registration for Participants was opened on August 23, 2021 and its completion will
take place on April 03, 2022 at 23:55. The Organizer reserves the right to change
the registration dates, in particular, if the number of Participants has to be adjusted to
the applicable legal requirements or sanitary recommendations related to COVID -19.
5. The Organizer will send a confirmation of accepting the application to participate in the
IABM within 24 hours to the address provided in the registration. It is not the same as
confirming participation in the IABM. Participation in the IABM is possible after
payment of the fee for participation in the IABM.
6. The basic fee for the participation of one Participant in IABM is:
a) in the case of participation in an IABM place (so-called stationary participation):
• The price of the “IABM Ticket”: PLN 1,845.00 gross (i.e PLN 1,500.00 net + 23%
VAT); the payment for participation in IABM will be made within 7 days indicated in
the proforma invoice;
• The price of „IABM Ticket”: EUR 399.75 gross (i.e. EUR 325.00 + 23% VAT), with
the payment for participation in IABM being made within 7 days indicated in the
proforma invoice;
• The price of the “Group Ticket”: PLN 3,075.00 gross (i.e. PLN 2,500.00 + 23% VAT),
with the payment for participation in IABM being made within 7 days indicated in the
proforma invoice;
• The price of the “Group Ticket”: EUR 670.35 gross (i.e. EUR 545.00 + 23% VAT),
with the payment for participation in the IABM being made within 7 days indicated in
the proforma invoice;
7. The organizer reserves the right to grant promotional discounts to partner companies of
the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland.
8. The prices referred to in sec. 6 a) of this paragraph include:
• The ” IABM Ticket ” includes participation in all events as part of the official
IABM program for one person;
• The “Group Ticket” includes participation in all events under the official IABM
program for three people selected at the time of registration .
Payments should be made within 7 days of receiving the confirmation of acceptance of the
application for participation in the IABM to the Organiser’s bank account (transfer details: for
payments in PLN: 37 1600 1127 1842 1967 3000 0002 for payments in EUR: PL10 1600 1127
1842 1967 3000 0003,
BIC/SWIFT Number: PPABPLPK. The date of payment is the date when the payment is
credited to the Organiser’s bank account.
8. The online payment service provider is Stripe Payments Europe LTD. based in Dublin
IE.
9. If payment is not made within 7 days from the date of registration, the registration will
be canceled. In the case of registration on the IABM after 28.03.2022, please send to the Organizer an e-mail confirmation of the transfer to the following address:
administracja@cciip.pl or have such confirmation when collecting the ID on the IABM
day.
10. After the payment is credited to the Organiser’s bank account, an e-mail confirmation
of participation in IABM is sent, which completes the registration process and enables
participation in IABM.
11. The fee paid for participation in IABM shall be reimbursed only in cases expressly
indicated in these Regulations.
12. Participants and payers agree to issue and receive VAT invoices by electronic means.
13. The Organizer will not provide the Participants with accommodation and transport, and
the fees indicated in sec. 6 do not include, in particular, travel and accommodation costs
related to participation in the IABM, which each Participant bears independently.
§ 3
Place, date and program of the IABM
1. The Congress will be held on April 5-6, 2022. The Organizer may also set a
different date of the Congress than the dates indicated in this section.
2. The Congress will be held at the Auditorium of the Music School in Sosnowiec (41-
200) ul. Wawel 2, the Organizer may change the place of IABM depending on the
circumstances, in particular in order to adapt to the applicable legal requirements or
sanitary recommendations related to COVID -19, the Organizer will immediately
inform on the website www.iabmevent.com and by e-mail of the Participants about the
change of the date or place of the IABM.
3. In the event of transferring the IABM to another date or shortening the duration of the
IABM, the Participant is entitled to resign from participation in IABM within 14 days
from the date the Organizer sends an e-mail information about the change. In the event
of resignation, the Organizer will return the participant the paid participation fee to the
bank account number from which it was paid, within no more than one month from the
date of receipt of the resignation. Apart from the reimbursement of the fee referred to in
the preceding sentence, in connection with the change made by the Organizer, the
Participant is not entitled to any other claims against the Organizer (e.g. for
reimbursement of costs incurred in connection with transport or accommodation).
4. In the absence of a declaration of resignation in accordance with paragraph 4 above, it
is considered that the Participant has consented to the change announced by the
Organizer and in connection with this change, the Participant is not entitled to any
claims against the Organizer.
5. In the event of transferring the IABM to another date, the current Participant is entitled
to indicate the data of the new Participant (i.e. a replacement) on the terms set out in §
4 sec. 4, with the proviso that the deadline for registering a new Participant, completing
the registration form available on the website:www.iabmevent.com and expressing the
consent obligations in this form is 14 days, counting from the date the Organizer sends
an e-mail to the current Participant about the change in the conditions of the IABM.
6. In the event of resignation, in accordance with paragraph 3 above, the provisions of § 4
sec. 1-3 of these Regulations are not applied.
7. The IABM program is available at www.iabmevent.com The organizer reserves the
right to change the program. In this case, the Participant will not have the right to resign as described in paragraph 3 of this paragraph or any other
claims against the Organizer.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the IABM. In this case, the Organizer will
reimburse the Participant for the participation fee. Apart from the reimbursement of the
fee referred to in the preceding sentence, in connection with the cancellation, the
Participant is not entitled to any other claims against the Organizer (e.g. for
reimbursement of costs incurred in connection with transport or accommodation).
9. The Organizer’s rights described in this paragraph may also be exercised after the event
has started.
§ 4
Resignation or change of the Participant
1. Resignation from participation in IABM is possible only under the conditions set out in
these Regulations and only by means of a declaration of resignation from participation
in IABM sent by e-mail or registered mail to the Organizer within the time limit
specified in these Regulations.
2. If the declaration of resignation is delivered to the Organizer no later than
14 days before the planned date of the event, inclusive, the Organizer will refund the
Participant the entire fee paid to the bank account number from which it was paid, and
within 7 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of resignation
3. In the event that the declaration of resignation is delivered later than 14 days before the
date of the event, or if such declaration is not submitted and the Participant does not
participate in IABM or in any part of IABM , then the Participant is not entitled to a
refund or other claims against the Organizer.
4. It is possible to change the person registered to participate in the Congress, without the
need to pay an additional fee and with the payment of the fee paid so far, if by
22.11.2021, the following conditions will be cumulatively met and: The Organizer will
receive the data of the new Participant by e-mail, the new Participant will meet all the
requirements set out in these Regulations, fill out the registration form available on the
website: www.iabmevent.com and will give mandatory consent in that form.
5. Except in the case described in paragraph 4 above, the change of the Participant,
including the resale of the right to participate in IABM, is not allowed.
§ 5
Identification, security and rules for taking part in the IABM
1. During the IABM, the Participant is obliged to observe the rules of culture, observe the
rules of social coexistence and follow the Organizers’ instructions.
2. The presence of an ID by the Participant entitles him to enter events related to IABM.
The ID will be issued to the Participant on the first day of IABM.
3. Due to the epidemic, the Organizer informs that the guidelines resulting from the
provisions of law and the recommendations of the relevant authorities and services
issued to combat COVID – 19 will be implemented in the IABM organization , and the
Participants are obliged to strictly comply with them. IABM is organized in accordance
with governmental guidelines concerning, inter alia, congresses. Number of Congress
Participants
is limited and aligned with current government guidelines that can be found on the
website:https://www.gov.pl/web/rozwoj-praca- technologia/spotkania-biznesowe-
szkolenia-konferencje-i-kongresy.
4. When registering for admission to IABM, the Participant is obliged to present the
Organizer with the EU digital COVID certificate / present a negative COVID diagnostic
test result within 48 hours from the moment of the test in Polish or in English / Italian .
Failure to present the above certificate / negative test result during registration prevents
entry to the IABM, and the Participant is not entitled to any claims against the Organizer.
5. When registering for admission to IABM, the Participant is also obliged to submit to
the Organizer a written declaration of health in terms of vaccination, test result and
recovery, refusal / failure to submit the above declaration prevents access to IABM, and
the Participant is not entitled to any claims against the Organizer on this account .
6. When entering the IABM premises, participants are also required to disinfect their hands
and undergo temperature measurements.
7. IABM participants should maintain a physical distance of min. 1.5 m.
8. IABM participants are required to cover their mouth and nose during the event.
9. IABM participants who will not comply with the safety rules during the IABM, in
particular those indicated in par. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 above, may be asked to leave the IABM
by the Organizer, and the Participant would not be entitled to any claims against the
Organizer .
10. In the event of a reduction in the possible number of IABM Participants at the IABM
venue, the Organizer may, depending on the current governmental guidelines, apply to
the recently registered participants with information about the cancellation of
participation. The Organizer will reimburse the Participant for the participation fee.
Apart from the reimbursement of the fee referred to in the preceding sentence, the
Participant is not entitled to any claims against the Organizer (e.g. for reimbursement of
costs incurred in connection with transport or accommodation). The Participant
acknowledges that the Organizer is not responsible for the Participants’ infection or the
risk of COVID -19 infection during the IABM.
11. The participant has the right to resign from participation in the event 48 hours before
the date of the event in the event of a positive COVID test –
19. The Organizer will reimburse the Participant for the participation fee paid after the
Participant has presented a certificate of positive COVID-19 test result within 7 days of
sending the above-mentioned certificate. This provision shall apply mutatis mutandis to
documented quarantine / isolation due to COVID-19.
12. It is forbidden for IABM Participants to conduct any commercial, canvassing,
advertising, promotional, as well as agitating and fundraising activities not agreed with
the Organizer, as well as activities inconsistent with applicable law.
13. The Coordinator is not responsible for the Participant's belongings that were lost, stolen
or damaged during the IABM.
§ 6
Image of Participants and Panellists
1. Acceptance of these Regulations means in particular that in the event of the image of
the Participant, Panellist (both in the stationary and online mode) being preserved in
connection with the participation in IABM (both on-site and on-line), the Participant,
Panellist – pursuant to Art. 81 sec. 1 of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and
related rights (Journal
of Laws of 2019 item 1231 as amended). – agrees to the free use and distribution of his
image by the Organizer. Each Participant, Panellist acknowledges that this image may
be disseminated by the above-mentioned entities, inter alia, for the purposes of
promoting and informing about the IABM or about the Organizer's activities, in any
place, time or form of presentation (e.g. frame, photo, film), in particular: during and
after the IABM, in the broadly understood media, including the Internet, in social media
(e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, in the print media, on the website:
https://www.cciip.pl Withdrawal of consent to use or disseminate the image during
IABM will prevent further participation in IABM.
2. The above consent for the use and dissemination of the image includes in particular the
following fields of use:
a) any reproduction by any technique, including: on audiovisual discs, photosensitive
technology, digital technology, computer recording technology, in a multimedia network (
including the Internet),
b) processin

c) entering into computer memory, memory of other device and multimedia network, including
the Internet,
d) any dissemination, including in the form of print, digital recording, multimedia,
e) any trade in the original or copies on which the image has been recorded – placing on the
market (including using the Internet and other data transmission techniques, using
telecommunications, IT and wireless networks), lending or renting or giving the original or
copies for use on the basis of another legal relationship,
f) public performance, exhibition, display, reproduction, broadcasting and rebroadcasting, as
well as public sharing in such a way that everyone can have access to it in a place and time
chosen by them, in particular use on websites, social networks,
g) use in multimedia works.
3. Registration or recording of IABM or Participants, as well as dissemination of recordings,
photos, publications and other materials obtained in connection with IABM requires the prior
consent of the Organizer expressed in writing under pain of nullity.
4. The Organizer is not responsible for registering, recording or disseminating the image of
the Participant, Panellist by other Participants or by other persons.
§ 7
Final Provisions
1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant legal provisions shall apply,
including the provisions of the Civil Code and the GDPR.
2. These Regulations enter into force on August 23 , 2021 and are valid until the date of
their repeal.
3. The Organizer is the controller of the Participants' personal data. Personal data will be
processed in accordance with the GDPR. The detailed content of the information
regarding the processing of personal data is set out in Annex 1 to these Regulations.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations, about which he
will immediately inform the Participants.
Annex 1 to the Regulations – GDPR information clause
In connection with the obligation resulting from the GDPR, the Organizer below provides
information regarding the processing of your personal data:
1. The controller of your data will be: The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in
Poland, with its seat in Warsaw, entered in the register of associations, other social and
professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care institutions
by the District Court for the Capital City of of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial
Division of the National Court Register no. KRS 0000278264; under the number KRS
0000113690, NIP 5251920545 REGON 012764521; e-mail: info@iabmevent.pl
(hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").
2. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. The
controller does not plan to transfer your personal data to third countries. 3.
3. On the website www.ccii.pl, in the application form for participation in the IABM, there
are fields for expressing consents regarding the processing of personal data:
a. consent to the processing of personal data provided in the application form in order to
participate in IABM 5th Edition (including: name, surname, position, country, company
address, home address, e- mail, telephone number, date, IP address, participants’ health
declaration on time of the conference, gender, photo of the participant ) – this consent is
obligatory, so failure to do so will prevent participation in the IABM . The data specified
in the form is necessary to ensure the organization and implementation of the IABM,
including confirming the reservation of your participation in IABM, settle payments,
prepare identifiers, etc. The indicated personal data will be processed for the period
necessary to settle IABM and until any property claims are time-barred, as well as the
expiry of the deadlines specified in the accounting regulations. The legal basis for the
processing of personal data resulting from the application form is art. 6 sec. 1 let. a
GDPR;
b. consent to image processing in connection with participation in IABM – this consent is
mandatory, therefore, failure to do so prevents participation in IABM . The consent is
necessary because the IABM course will be recorded and recorded, and the materials
from the IABM may be disseminated in accordance with § 6 of the Regulations. The
indicated image may be processed (disseminated) until you revoke your consent to the
processing of personal data (withdrawal of consent does not include, in particular,
promotional materials issued before the date of its withdrawal).
