Bio: Paweł Swoboda had graduated in 2010 as Master of Science in Chemical Technology on Poznań Technical University (Poland). Since then, Paweł worked in Polish Research Institute where he was focused on research in lithium-ion batteries, from pure material to whole systems. In 2016 Pawel joined BMZ Poland as Project Manager introducing new products to e-bike and electrical vehicle markets. From 2021 Pawel overtook position as Business Development Manager dedicated for heavy electrical vehicles – developing new applications, markets and solutions to enhance today’s e-mobility transformation. Pawel is also an author of several scientific research papers on lithium systems and their applications in military and commercial equipment.

Bio: Piotr Zaremba has been working at ElectroMobility since 2017, in 2018 he was promoted to CEO and has been in that role since then. Over those years, Mr. Zaremba has become an expert in the energy and elctromobility sector. He started his career in public administration, in Ministry of Industry, and further in Ministry of Energy where he was involved in creating strategy of the electromobility sector in Poland this including building financial frames for companies willing to enter the market and creating solutions for industrial challenges related with climate policies. Additionally Mr. Zaremba coauthored the Electromobility Development Plan.

Bio: Marcin Korolec is a lawyer, long-standing advisor, government administration worker, and negotiator. President of Electric Vehicles Promotion Foundation, since September 2016. He was Polish Climate Minister 2014 to 2015, Minister of the Environment from 2011 to 2013 and Minister for Trade, between 2005 and 2011. Between 2005 and 2015 represented Poland in more than 120 European Union Council Ministers Meetings (Councils: Energy, Trade, Environment, Climate, Competitiveness,). Marcin was President of the COP 19 in 2013 and also co-led the European Union’s delegation at the 2012 UNFCCC Conference in Durban.
Involved in managing institutions concerned with environment and climate protection, both Polish and international, currently Member of Advisory Board of Baltic Development Forum, he represented Poland in the Board of the Green Climate Fund (GCF): Board Member – Chair of the Ethics and Audit Committee (2013 – 2015). He established Green Weimar Triangle – cooperation between Environment Ministers from France, Germany, Poland (2013). Member of the UNIDO Green Industry Platform Advisory Board (2013-2015). 2011 he represented Poland in the Council of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). Member of the EU-Russia Gas Advisory Council. Marcin Korolec was a member of the Supervisory Board at the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management 2010 – 2011.
In the years 1998-2004 he worked at the Office of the Committee for European Integration in the cabinet of Ministers: Jan Kułakowski and Danuta Hübner, where he supervised preparations for Poland’s accession to the EU in areas of negotiation as free flow of goods and people, agriculture, competition and consumer protection policies.

Bio: Leszek Leśniak, graduate of the Universities of Warsaw and Zielona Góra
Since 2004 he has been involved in the development of the PANEK nationwide car rental network.
Since 2017, he has been managing the PANEK CarSharing service and a branch of the traditional PANEK rental company in Lithuania.
Since 2018, he has been working with the Faculty of Transport at the Warsaw University of Technology teaching classes on shared mobility services at postgraduate courses.
Moreover, he is a co-founder of the first Polish information portal on carsharing – autonaminuty.org. His interests apart from shared mobility and motoring include travelling and recent history.

Position: President of the Management Board and founder
Bio: President of the Management Board and founder of the Polish Association of Alternative Fuels. Business practitioner with many years of experience in the energy sector. Since 2012, he has been working in the alternative fuels industry, in particular in the e-mobility and natural gas sectors. He has worked, among others, on the implementation of the largest infrastructural projects carried out in Poland (including the construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal) and advised companies from the fuel, automotive and financial. He is a practitioner in the field of implementation of corporate communication strategies and has extensive experience in the area of media relations and public affairs. Graduated in International Relations from the Faculty of International Trade Policy at the University of Warsaw. He also holds an MBA diploma. He is currently working on his doctorate in economics. Author of numerous publications in the field of energy and public communication. Speaker at numerous industry debates and conferences.

Position: Plant Manager in Tychy Plant
Bio: Tomasz Gębka is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, with a master’s degree in electronics and telecommunications. He started working at FCA Poland in 2005. During two years of work in the production plant in Tychy, he actively participated in the implementation of new technical solutions and World Class Manufacturing methodology. In 2007, Tomasz Gębka was transferred to Turin, to the World Class Manufacturing Development Center. In this structure, he had the opportunity to deepen his knowledge of WCM and start cooperation with the Manufacturing headquarters and plants in Italy, Turkey and other countries. In 2008, he returned to Tychy as the Head of Maintenance at the Welding Department. And it was in this position that he effectively contributed to the Bronze and Silver Level in World Class Manufacturing being obtained by the Tychy plant (in 2007) and Silver Medal (in 2009).
In 2012, Tomasz Gębka’s international career within the Fiat structure began. He and his family moved to Naples, where he took the position of the head of the welding shop in the Pomigliano d’Arco plant. It was during this time that the Naples factory won the Silver and Gold Level WCM. In 2014, he was delegated to Grugliasco near Turin, where he took the position of the head of the Assembly Unit at the Maserati plant. In 2015, at the age of only 36, he climbed to the next step in his career, first becoming plant director at Pomigliano d’Arco, and a year later at Belvidere in the United States. As part of his duties, Tomasz Gębka reorganized the Plant’s structure, preparing it for the launch of a new product – the Jeep Cherokee production in 2017 and the new MCA Jeep Cherokee in 2018.
From August 2020, he took the position of the Plant Manager in Tychy factory in FCA Poland / Stellantis.
Tomasz Gębka, 41 years old, married, has two children aged 11 and 14. His passions are cars, traveling, football and, above all, foreign languages. He is fluent in English, Italian and German. Learning foreign languages, to which he devoted a lot of time, was always very important for Tomasz Gębka, it was almost his philosophy of life. “Knowing many foreign languages gives you great opportunities. It opens horizons, allows a broad view of the world, awakens respect and admiration in others, but also forces them to be humble, teaches modesty, because the more a person learns, the more he realizes how many things he cannot yet know. “

Bio: Piotr joined Volvo Trucks in 2011 and from this time was always connected with product across his carrier. In his career he introduced new products from Volvo Group to the Polish market especially new cabs but also LNG solutions for a long haul transport. Currently Piotr is responsible for introducing electric trucks Volvo FE and Volvo FL to the Polish market. He is involved in all actions connected with electromobility such as transport, trucks, service and infrastructure. Piotr has also large experience in polish transport and homologation law

Bio: as from 2002 the president of PZPM, organization, that since then has become the largest Polish automotive industry employers’ organization for manufacturers of motor vehicles, motorcycles, mopeds and motorized four-wheelers, as well as manufacturers of vehicle bodies, trailers, semi-trailers, parts or components of motor vehicles for original assembly in Poland. He supports activities for the development and promotion of Polish automotive sector. As the head of PZPM involved in the work of the governmental and the parliamentary committees; provides the most relevant opinions on draft legal acts concerning the automotive industry. Representing the interests of member companies in the organs the European Union – incl. the European Parliament and the European Commission he regularly participates in meetings of European industry organizations: ACEA (European Association of Vehicle Manufacturers), ACEM (European Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers) and CLCCR – (European Association of Manufacturers of Semi-trailers and Trailers). The author of many publications in the economic and automotive press; commentator on the problems of the industry and its environment.

Bio: For over 14 years he has been professionally engaged with Katowice Special Economic Zone, where firstly he has been working with domestic and foreign investors. Currently, he is a Director of Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster (SA&AM). Within this role, he is responsible for building a cooperation network between the automotive industry, suppliers of new technology for industry, scientific and research institutions and the education sector. He is a Vice-president of the Polish Cluster Association, member of the board of the European Automotive Cluster Network – EACN and member of the Council of the Krakow Technological Institute Łukasiewicz Research Network, as well as a coordinator of many national and international projects. In his free time he is motorcyclist and enjoys motorization and motor sports.

He lives and works in Gdansk. He is a graduate of Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering at the Gdansk University of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, going on motorcycle and bicycle trips, having a good read and listening to jazz music.

Position: Procurement and Supply Chain Director
Bio: Beata Białoń-Dudek – currently holds the position of the Procurement and Supply chain director at ElectroMobility Poland owner of the Izera brand, where she is responsible for the comprehensive development of the global supply chain and the acquisition of technologies related to the construction of an electric car. For over 20 years she has been organizing and running purchasing departments. She gained her experience working for world leaders in the FMCG industry, such as Kraft Foods, Royal Numico, and Danone’s headquarter as a Global Category Director, implementing purchasing strategies and cooperating with global market leaders. After returning to Poland in 2014, she joined the Orlen Group, building a strong team as part of Indirect material purchases and in the area of new petrol stations and retail investments.

Position: Expert in Hydrogen Transition and Renewable Fuel Team
Bio: Ryszard has been working at PKN ORLEN for about 12 years, he started working on a petrochemical installation as an operator and in control room of production processes, and then he used his knowledge from the installation to work in the Production Effectiveness and Optimization Office, as a Senior Process Optimization Specialist. His responsibilities included process modeling, what-if analysis, opinions on the initiative and participating in development projects. He had the pleasure to implement optimization projects related to energy efficiency, feed optimization, increase yields on refining and petrochemical installations. Currently, he works in the Alternative Fuels Implementation Office, where he is involved in projects related to the implementation of a circular economy, hydrogen and projects related to decarbonisation.
